A great record but maybe a little slick in its production and arrangements (did I hear he was influenced by Gordon Lightfoot’s sound?). The truly great LP is Desire which is a lot less ameliorating and thus more true to Dylan’s temperament and vision. Love the title too.

Glad to see that this guy is keeping a cool head, not playing into anyone’s hands.
