The championship game of the Kaiden Schroeder Tournament has started between McPherson and the Kansas Curve, and the Bullpup defense puts up a zero-spot in the top of the first. #SummerBall

End of T3: The Curve lead the frame off with a triple and send a line drive toward left field one batter later, but Bengtson jumps up, snags the ball and doubles up the Curve at 3rd base! McPherson gets a ground out to end the inning as we remain tied at zero. #SummerBall

End of 3: McPherson loads the bases with one out, but a double play ends the inning. The game is still tied at zero. #SummerBall

End of 4: McPherson takes the lead! Adrian Unruh advances to 3rd off a ground out and then scores off a Curve throwing error. We head to the 5th with McPherson leading 1-0. #SummerBall

McPherson makes a change at pitcher and brings in Izyck Puhalla in relief for Takoda Linn. Linn throws 4 scoreless innings and allows just 4 hits and 1 walk. #SummerBall

End of 5: McPherson puts a runner on 3rd but can't get them across. Bullpups lead 1-0. #SummerBall

The Curve have taken a 2-1 lead and it forces McPherson to switch pitchers. Brady Rinker replaces Puhalla on the mound as the Curve have runners on 1st and 2nd with two outs in T6. #SummerBall

End of T6: The Curve post 3 runs to take a 3-1 lead. Due to time limit, the bottom of the 6th may be McPherson's only chance to tie or take the lead. #SummerBall

End of 6: A 7th inning will be played as McPherson trails the Curve 3-1. #SummerBall

End of T7: McPherson blanks the Curve in the top of the 7th to stay within 3-1. The Bullpups have three outs to score two or more runs. #SummerBall
