Always delighted to see the Norfolk Libraries - Norfolk County Council Mobile Libraries when I'm out! A vital service - whether you've got a young family, or are isolated. For many people in rural North Norfolk it's the only County Council service they see- for some, the only service they see full stop.

This is appalling. Jack Rawlins, 30, of Raleigh Rd had a previous caution for an attack on a cyclist. In this incident in Bedminster, he drove into the 56-year-old cyclist twice, punched him in the face, knocked him unconscious & drove off. Surely this deserves a prison sentence?
