I talk with them a lot about the importance of organizing their time in a way that it benefits their success and growth. This can be school assignments, sports, family and friends. I like to remind them also that teachers also have to do this in order to maintain sanity😂

I learned to simplify my activities accordingly to fit this virtual learning because there was just too much going on not only for us teachers but for the students. #LearnLAP

A2 Relying on google classroom for EVERYTHING! Don’t know how many times I had to repeat the instructions for turning in work! Almost made a tshirt with it😂 #LearnLAP

A6 I would change the way we are expected (though they don’t verbally say it but we all know) to teach our students for a test! There are so many other ways to assess their learning and just go back to the love of exploring and stretching their beautiful minds! #learnlap
