Head of bed FLAT for LVO! Early improvement HIGHER for pts laid flat versus 30 degrees with NO signal of harm in ZODIAC trial AHAMeetings #ISC24 No benefit in functional outcome at 90d although there was a trend for improvement. Sample NOT powered for long term analysis!
