The "TRAVEL RESTRICTION PROTECTION" of easyJet at easyjet.com/en/pledge#trav… is #scam! I tried to ask for the promised refund for a flight from Austria which I can't make due to mandatory quarantine & got rejected by customer service because "guidelines". Don't fly with easyJet!

The easyJet #scam continues. easyJet customer service employee admits that "not all the information is mentioned publicly" & "some are mentioned internally and are provided as an exception to the customers". See screenshot of chat conversation. Unbelievable.
