Hate speech does not exist legally in America. There's ugly speech. There's gross speech. There's evil speech. And ALL of it is protected by the First Amendment. Keep America free.

Very popular legislation. Even my in-laws who never ask me about bills asked about this one several times ๐Ÿ˜„ I was happy to vote for it!

If Iโ€™m ever shot let me be very clear: Donโ€™t you fucking dare use my death to justify gun control. Shall not be infringed. #PrayForCharlieKirk

The assassination of the populist reformer Gracchi brothers established the precedent in Rome that violence was an acceptable tool against political enemies. Many mark the moment as the beginning of the end for the Roman Republic.

On this 24th anniversary of 9/11, letโ€™s remember how the tragedy was twisted into the Patriot Actโ€”a โ€œdefenseโ€ that shredded our Bill of Rights. Never forget the victims, and never forgive the power grab.

It would be deeply ironic if Charlie Kirk's death was used to wipe out his life's work on free speech. I think anyone suggesting we take away people's right to speak, no matter how offensive, would be attacking Kirk's legacy, not supporting it.

I say I believe in free speech and I mean it. I say I oppose cancel culture and I mean it. Too many of you just waited for your turn to use the same evil done to you. Evil isnโ€™t to be copied, itโ€™s to be defeated. Sad to see people I respected become what they once feared.

Wow, celebrating canceling people who disagree politically. I honestly would not have believed this was possible from the champions of political freedom. I was so wrong. The left and the right are two side of the same coin.

Hopefully, this answers all the DM's and messages I have received. Jobs firing people for not aligning with their values is legal. Example: A Christian bookstore can fire an employee for claiming Jesus is a scam. Itโ€™s not illegal. Examples of people canceled: Johnny Depp,

When Trump, Johnny Depp, and Alex Jones were kicked off all social media, the left said the same thing. These are private companies. That did not make it right. We have come full circle.

On President Trump's first day in office, he signed an executive order prohibiting any federal employee from pressuring private companies to censor in ways that "advanced the Government's preferred narrative about significant matters of public debate."

I better not see Libertarians saying, "Kimmel violated FCC rules." A. No, he didn't B. The position of a Libertarian ought to be "abolish the FCC" Don't seek to weaponize government for your convenience. Others will do the same and you won't like it when they do.

Many on the new right (woke right) realize that they're rejecting conservatism, and that's why Reaganite conservatives are a greater enemy to them than leftists, whom they resemble most.

Jeremy Kauffman ๐Ÿฆ”๐ŸŒฒ๐ŸŒ• It's annoying enough when you post edgelord stuff about black people moving back to Africa, and then play dumb when people got shocked. "What? Huh? Racist? Whatever do you mean?" But now you're being a shockjock and walking it back with Ron Paul? Pick one.

As a reminder, they were censured specifically for an antisemitic post on 9/11 as well using homophobic slurs repeatedly. What was not mentioned was that, under the chairmanship of Ben Weir, the New Hampshire affiliate invited an ethnonationalist as their guest speaker.
