Hiya it's Day 2 of #Blocktober24 and today we’re talking about wrist blocks, because sometimes a finger block is not enough and a plexus block is too much. Hands down (intended) a very useful addition to the toolbox. I give wrist blocks two thumbs up! 😏 Ok I’ll stop.
