James Yates Traumatic arrest is not a one size pathophysiological process. Hanging/burns/blunt/penetrating etc all need nuanced approaches, not to mention LOST vs NOST. There will be times when a vasopressor will likely improve clinical state. The skill is identifying the right situation.
