Reducing the stigma of mental illness will encourage people from all the communities to get involved in research projects. This in turn will help us in providing a high quality service that will meet the needs of local communities, and address the issue of health inequalities

This was an installation about physical restraints. I remember the amount of emotions I had wrapping the chair up like that . So much anger inside it was rather therapeutic. I know work alongside the restraints team to do things differently.
