The door hangers on each hotel room door in Philadelphia tonight where the Moms for Liberty hate convention is taking place are incredible.

Realistically, we are likely heading for a circuit split around gender affirming care the same way we have with bathrooms. 4th, 8th, 9th circuits probably rule in our favor. 5th, 6th, and 11th against. Just as with bathrooms, we're likely seeing this at SCOTUS in 1-2 years.

It's important not to lose sight of how much of the anti-trans "movement" is just angry adults bullying children whose peers will not

Banning trans women from bathrooms is not going to stop male predators. I’m a criminal defense attorney & people do things regardless of bans. Having said that, trans women are women. You’re not sharing the bathroom with a man. You’re sharing the bathroom with a fellow woman.

Trans kids are not your political pawns. Yet politicians in both the U.S. & the U.K. are using them as such. I find it to be disgusting behavior from adults. Trans kids exist. We must treat them with dignity & respect.
