Learn how to read Mustard's new sequencing charts to improve your pitching delivery with tips from coaches Tom House 〽️ & Dean Doxakis and biomechanists Jimmy Buffi of Reboot Motion & Dr. Greg Rose of TPI in our latest blog! bit.ly/3IL57AA

The latest from Evan Demchick- this one a breakdown of Jimmy Buffi's talk at last December's Wake Forest Pitching Lab's Bridge Seminar. learnyourkeep.substack.com/p/its-just-phy…

Thanks for having me Nunzio Signore ! It was a lot of fun, I love how good you are at making data actionable!

Awesome article Jesse Dougherty, thank you for the opportunity to participate in this discussion! There are lots of nuances here, and this article did a great job of capturing them

ICYMI: Evan Demchick wrote on how Emily Ferree, PT, DPT breaks down the pitching motion...and why she a bit weary of KPIs

Excited to have Jimmy Buffi represent us at baseball’s best conference yet again.

Jimmy Buffi (Jimmy Buffi) with Reboot Motion is next, compounded pretty nicely with the previous presentation on biomechanics. He pointed out that one basic complexity in biomechanics data is simply defining WHEN exactly foot plant and ball release happen, as both occur over a

Last week I presented Wake Forest Pitching Lab Bridge Seminar. Similar to last yr., this week’s podcast is a review of some of my favorite presentations by Mike McFerran Jimmy Buffi Emily Ferree, PT, DPT Dr. Michael Freehill Nunzio Signore FLATGROUND Pitching FLATGROUND Hitting Click rocklandpeakperformance.com/podcast-79-hig…

The latest from Evan Demchick on Jimmy Buffi's Blueprint for Safe(ish) Velocity- delivered at last month's Bridge Seminar hosted by the Wake Forest Pitching Lab open.substack.com/pub/learnyourk…

Velocity and Injury are definitely correlated, but I wouldn’t say Velocity causes Injury, as I think of them both as outputs of the system - and we have evidence that there Inputs to the system that might increase Velocity while decreasing Injury risk learnyourkeep.substack.com/p/the-blueprin…

Are curveballs more dangerous than fastballs?🧐 Jesu- I mean Jimmy Buffi, summarizes his thoughts on the research. ✅In supination, the forearm muscles are less able to protect the elbow ✅However, with CBs, the absolute torques are lower than FBs Jimmy Buffi

Thanks Ben Brewster ! Yeah, the way I think about this concept is - more separation between these body parts allows more space for more energy to be added in the sequence From a physics standpoint, torque applied over a larger angle does more work on the next body part

Big thanks to Jacob Goldstein for having our CEO Jimmy Buffi on his What's Your Problem podcast. It was a great overview on how we serve our MLB partners, and how we're ready to do the same in the NBA and beyond. pushkin.fm/podcasts/whats…

"AI is smart, but also dumb" Jimmy Buffi was recently on the Wharton Moneyball podcast talking about how Reboot Motion uses AI to augment, but not control, our biomechanics pipeline. learnyourkeep.substack.com/p/ai-what-is-i…
