I teach my youth students in Jiu Jitsu : You can't turn and run when someone has taken your back. You need to face & fight the problem or it is going to strangle you. The same is true for life. You need to look into the darkest/worst parts of yourself to set yourself free.

The way out of suffering is through it. The way out of hell is through hell. Don't let pain disfigure you. Heros in life are people who can endure immense pain & suffering, yet still desire to do right by themselves and others. Be a hero or at least try your best. ✊️

Be willing to fight the battles that are necessary to become the person you wish to be. You'll find the feelings you're wanting now, waiting for you on the other side of conquering those battles. Don't seek peace while there are battles to be fought all throughout your life.

Find people who believe in your potential, those who want to bring that version of you into existence.
