Applied for universal credit. Have to call to get an interview. Called over 40 times since 8am. Get through to the phone queue at 2pm. On hold until 4:53pm (just under 3 hours) where I’m cut off again! I know it’s no ones fault, but still #frustrating #UniversalCredit GOV.UK

Not to repeat myself from yesterday... but have just been on hold with #UniversalCredit for 2 hours again (after having called on 38 times today (yesterday was 43 so improvement). And I was cut off from their queue AGAIN! #SelfEmployedMatterToo

I'm sure you're all happy to know that after: - 118 Calls - Over 24 consecutive hours listing to the same 30sec hold music - 3 Days of intense swearing I have now gotten through to #universalcredit and have booked an interview. #success This was more work than a fulltime job
