Although they don’t coach, they play a BIG part in our football family and we know we can’t do it without them… We would like to recognize, for those that don’t know, Dr. Karen Holmes and her staff of athletic trainers ! (Adams HS Sports Medicine) You’re hardwork never goes unnoticed!

Athletic trainers are so important!! We monitor the weather, educate players and coaches, and help make alternative practices plans to account for the heat and intensity of outdoor sports! And so much more! We are here to keep people safe not ruin a season over one practice!

It was a great day today for the JA Student Section! Both the boys and girls John Adams Track & Field and Cross Country team qualify for regionals, the John Adams High BOYS Soccer-OFFICIAL and @JAGirlsSoccer finish as sectional runner up in classic games. The John Adams High School Bands qualifies for the ISSMA State Finals!
