Great start to Boston Marathon weekend with Camilla Langlands - at Jamaica Pond parkrun USA followed by watching LFC v City at The Phoenix Landing - home of the Boston LFC supporters club. Fantastic atmosphere YNWA

Considering last week I cancelled my flights because I had Covid and thought I wouldn’t be able to come I’m pretty pleased with that. Boston Marathon what a brilliant event!

Some negative publicity about children and running in the news at the moment but this is perfect. Happy and enthusiastic 9/10 year olds getting excited about a trip to junior parkrun UK Well done Camilla Langlands for passing the baton on.

Valbona Col in the Accursed Mountains Albania. 1000m+ straight up. Feel like I’ve just climbed Everest. (Went down some of the scary bits on my bottom). Supposedly recovery from ComradesRace! Running is far easier!

Didn’t expect hiking trip in the Atlas Mtns to end up like this. By chance we decide to leave the mnts a day early to shop in Marrakesh. Pretty scary to wake to find the whole building shaking and the night staff shouting for us to dress and run. Sad for those badly affected 😢
