Getting a false positive RuneScape ban is a terrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Disappointed that it happened, but glad that it's been resolved.

I will personally be hunting down all RuneFest ticket touts and cancelling all their bought tickets. Its unscrupulous and JAGEX wont stand for it. if you see any, let me know.
