šŸ”¹ But the Ā£3 bus fare cap isn’t a cut - it’s a 50% increase on the Ā£2 fare we introduced. šŸ”¹ Extending it doesn’t make travel cheaper - it just locks in Labour’s price hike. Working families are paying more, not less.

Paul Joyce The point is, this is how some people are feeling now. A lot of these people are ex-Labour voters and they’re hurting. Dismissing their feeling because you don’t agree with it, isn’t the way forward. That’s what is inflaming this situation

It was not a UKIP protest. It’s weird that the MSM, Liverpool Council are making it this. UKIP members were there, but so were a lot of other groups. I find it very bizarre. Are we calling the pro-immigration commies who were protesting a Labour protest?

This is exactly why politicians should be listening instead of labelling. There are far more reasons at play than they like to recognise. It’s not just about immigration, it’s about feeling failed by the establishment.

Very disappointed to see this. Those Israeli wheelchair athletes have nothing to do with political decisions & this was not the right thing to do. I’m very surprised ⁦ParalympicsGB⁩ were ok with this?

The working class voted for Brexit, and Thatcher, twice. They supported the repeal of the corn laws and the wider liberalism of Gladstone. The idea that the working class is intrinsically economically left is a complete fiction spread by socialists to justify their ambition.

The role of Apella Advisors’ founding partner Jenny Scott in advising Labour Chancellor Rachel Reeves and her Treasury team is extraordinary. Gambling, energy and pensions are going to be at the core of the Budget in the Autumn but Apella have a basket of clients in each area.

Imagine a migrant hotel protest with 140 arrests, stabbings galore, and police officers attacked. Could you imagine the media describing that as "otherwise peaceful". The mainstream media is a joke. It's disgusting how much they lie and twist the truth thetimes.com/uk/crime/artic…

I don't care about Angelay Rayner buying a third home. Good luck to her. I care about her government taxing our homes more.
