Trying to pick up tweeting more but hiring is picking up again in certain IT niches. If you are new in the industry prospecting new accounts, this is the best time to get some MSAs before the Fall rush.

So many companies are ramping up their cloud journeys right now. This is an exciting time in IT staffing with the talent demand increasing. The catch is that the right talent pool is scarce and busy on projects. This why working with the right IT partners matter.

Best skillset of a recruiter is responsivness. It seperates the top billers from the average to below average group. Responding to clients and candidates with the same turnaround time will put more money in your pocket. Time kills all deals forever and always.

Staffing Industry as a whole has been a game of working 3x as hard to achieve 1x output back in late 2020-2022. Keep pushing!

Heading to a networking event down in Florida for the next couple of days to meet with clients and potential prospects. Working remotely has its Pros and Cons. Sometimes you feel siloed in your own world! Networking Events have helped my business and more importantly mental 🧠

What I am noticing in this market is longer interview times… which as a staffing guy.. it sucks. Bright side.. STRONGER DEALS - I am seeing longer duration periods, consultants staying longer on projects, and less rate negotiation with consultants on extensions!
