Hydration isn’t a recovery hack. It’s a performance prerequisite. Even mild dehydration quietly kills endurance and output. Train all you want, but if you ignore fluids and electrolytes, you’re leaving performance on the table.

Just talked to an athlete this morning who explained he takes his hydration seriously. Every morning, he takes a pack of electrolytes, but nothing after that. When he heard about Oros, it just made sense. Why do we take all of our electrolytes at once? We're solving this.
