An IT outage due to a cyber-attack is affecting British Library services inc PLR. We’re sorry, this means Irish PLR payments can’t be made in Dec as planned. UK payments in Feb may also be affected. We’ll share payment dates once known. Read more:  bit.ly/BLPLRUpdate
