Did you know that about 10 years ago, you could buy stuff online, pay with PayPal and actually end up not paying anything? This was the normal flow of the PayPal BTW

I found it funny and disturbing at the same time when someone sees something like secure.domain.com and they really believe that this subdomain is secure just because there is a secure word on the URL.
