In all 6 of our locations we are developing innovative housing projects (IHPs), & we have also inspired Homewards Activator, Duchy of Cornwall to create their own. The IHPs will demonstrate what is possible so more people across the UK can have their own place to call home. 🏠

His Royal Highness also met several volunteers from Newquay RNLI Lifeboats.

Newquay lifeboat often trains with our Fistral lifeguards to ensure they are ready to jointly respond to a rescue.

The Duke met members of the local beach community, including RNLI Head of Lifeguard Services and RNLI Lead Lifeguard Supervisor.

They talked His Royal Highness through our lifeguard service in the area. In 2023, RNLI lifeguards in Cornwall aided 6,973 people.
