Finally added to my collection of a single Lucy Loveheart mugs. I was given the Sailor Girl one as a gift about 5 years ago. It’s still going strong. It’s used daily, goes in the dishwasher and has faded minimally. No cracks or chips. more importantly, tea tastes great out of it.

I have finally morphed into my father. I have just walked into my house and, in a loud voice, counted the number of lights on vs the number of rooms occupied by teens.

Happy Xmas to the parents of young children who have been up since 5am. If it’s any consolation, I can now laugh about the year my 5yo son woke us up on Xmas morning. Assuming it was 6am i sent him to wake his brother. Only then did I realise it was ONLY 2am!!! damage done.

Bit harsh. I wasn’t a fan of hers, but this is a bit extreme.
