The off-track elements of the Porsche GB 2022-23 Junior Shoot-out process are just as important as the driving. Last week the four finalists underwent media evaluation, psychometric analysis and an intense physical session in the gym with Porsche Human Performance experts 🏁
In addition to off-track assessments, the four Porsche GB 2022-23 Junior Shoot-out finalists took to the track at Silverstone in the Type 992 GT3 Cup to showcase their driving potential. Later, the candidates analysed their data with #Porsche engineers and current drivers 🏁
