He’s had his second op and was out by 1pm. Nurses put in for his take home antibiotics right way. It’s now 7:40pm and they’re nowhere to be seen and the nurses are just as frustrated and unable to do anything as we are. It’s a joke now. 30 mins and we have to stay another night.

His second op went really well though and can’t fault the team at all. Clear discharge info and already booked in two follow ups. Good work staff. 💕

This. We’ve been through a few similar incidents since the 90’s but what makes this seem different is a combination of decimation of the NHS, government run by people who have no morals/clue, and a press that are profiting off making everything a scandal.
