I don't know why more people don't sign up for the Ambulance Plan in Healy. For $100/year, emergency care is free. All household members included. The $100 is used to pay for maintenance of fire and rescue equipment. I enroll every year.

From 2010-2018, the US saw a drop of 27% of teachers completing prep programs. That doesn't even count the pandemic years. So, to everyone badmouthing, criticizing, and making our jobs harder... You recognize that if we leave, reinforcements aren't coming, right?

As educator leaders, it’s vital to make things simple, not necessarily easy. Teaching is hard. Find ways to simplify processes, not complicate things. So teachers can better be equipped, mentally and physically, to do the hard things. Great word from Kevin Paul Scott.
