i read a lot about #putin & #russia & i’m angered by the feeling that we, are becoming them. rule of oligarchs? check; capture of the judiciary? check; persecution of #journalists, women’s rights, #LGBTQ+, #immigrants? check. dictatorship? that’s all this election is about.

if #trump followers believe trump to be ‘sent by #god’ & infallible (as trump genuinely does), then ANY report of his misconduct, however vile, however well-documented, MUST BE fake & purely politically motivated. so that’s where we are now…
