Judge denied the State’s motion to delay their production of discovery docs & answers to ICCA’s questions. The State wants to operate under opacity but we will file a motion to compel response. We won a battle not the war but will keep the pressure on. #FreeTheCraftLicenses

We may be headed to a lottery for the remaining licenses! iaGP lost their suit but all others won & got DQs reversed. Unless iaGP or others want the stay on licenses to remain, it will be lifted. Judge indicated there are more qualified applicants than there are licenses.

The stay was lifted and injunction dissolved. A meaningful step to awarding the remaining craft licenses. Also new dispensary applications coming up!
