There’s this thing called the “Baader–Meinhof phenomenon”. Once you learn a new word or fact, you start noticing it everywhere. It’s not coincidence… that’s your brain actually trying to filter what it used to ignore.

Your body becomes more high maintenance with age. Investing in wellness becomes a non-negotiable if you want to age well.

You want to see God move? Stop asking for easy. Easy doesn’t require faith. Easy doesn’t shift nations. Easy doesn’t glorify the God who breathes stars into existence. The kind of call God places on your life isn’t for the faint of heart. It’s for the obedient!

If you want people to take you seriously, stick to your boundaries, keep your promises and commitments, value your own time and energy, mind your own business, be less available, and avoid the temptation to tell people what you're working on and what your next move is.
