Interested to watch this. As someone who’s experienced and works around trauma, I really like this explanation of it. I go into effects on brain and body in detail in training using smoke alarms, angry dogs and crutches to illustrate, because understanding the physiology is key

Also it’s important to have people in your organisation who are steady in their roles, which may be anyone not just older people. If everyone is “innovative” it can create instability in teams, affecting performance and worker satisfaction and engagement
