The opening poll International Water Association #IWAWomenLeaders work family life balance - no surprise, but all of the options are clearly important.

Elisabeta Poci speaks about the water sector in Albania, where 80% of the workforce in water utilities is male. In technical and managerial positions, women are less represented. All 58 utilities in Albania are led by male CEOs.

For me, this means getting uncomfortable about being the only female in the room. We need to creat more opportunities for more women to join the water sector! #IWAWomenLeaders

Lastly we have Rosie Wheen from WaterAid Australia 💧 who speaks about the importance of women forming networks to share experiences & support each other. She also talks about tricks to boost confidence & shares some of her favourite book titles on #gender #IWD2021 #IWAWomenLeaders
