Arrived home after dinner service to hear that my good friend and mentor John Retallick had passed away. A much respected and very capable classical chef, judge and supporter of young chefs. He will be sorely missed, but not forgotten! RIP Chef and thank you!🙏🏾🙏🏾👨🏾‍🍳
