Hi SEPTA_SOCIAL on three different occasions I have been double charged for trips, and the key card customer service center does not wish to take my refund claims seriously. They say they were going to put in a claim but I never heard back. Why even have customer service at all?

Hi SEPTA_SOCIAL I tapped on May 1, then 5 min later bought my monthly. Hoped I could get my extra tap-in refunded. Your company is trying to promote responsible use of the card. But then please follow thru on valid refund claim for double paid trip. Phone call claims go nowhere.
