Even though there are a lot of issues with the peer review system, getting to review other's papers is still one of my favorite parts of being a scientist. So it is nice to know that my reviews are also appreciated!

Had to redact a lot of info here for confidentiality, but I often put a lot of effort into reviewing papers to ensure they are as constructive as possible, so it is nice to hear when my feedback is appreciated by the authors and the editor.
