I have really enjoyed getting the SRS Panther Podcast off and running and I am looking forward to working to bring our Panther students into the creation, production, and marketing aspects of the pod over the next few months.

This has been one of the biggest challenges for me. I have been making a determined effort to “be present” with staff and my own family. Harder some days than others but always important and is a huge part of building and maintaining genuine relationships. #LeadLAP

While tucking my children into their beds tonight I couldn’t stop thinking of the parents that had moments like this taken away from them today…I’m sad, angry, frustrated and worried.

So simple and yet so sweet. The time and effort to be kind can, at times, be so little yet can make such an enormous impact on others.
