Since Chair Thompson opened a docket to explore data center issues in April, APS & SRP filed letters detailing projected electricity load to serve current & prospective data center customers alone=nearly 29,000+ MW, current statewide capacity is 34,000+ MW edocket.azcc.gov

The ACC held a very robust and meticulous discussion w/Arizona Water Company and Community members during Thursday's Meeting about who's responsible for extra costs from aesthetic additions to utility infrastructure. A new underground water tank in Sedona was a top issue.

Since Vice Chair Myers opened a docket on Natural Gas Expansion in February, several entities have filed letters showing widespread support. A Workshop is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 26 at 9am. Stakeholders, the public are invited to participate, share ideas and opinions.
