Our Founder and CEO Corey Knight was honored to attend the swearing in of Joel Caston, ANC 7F07’s newest Commissioner. Joel is the first incarcerated resident ever to win and serve in public office. Commissioner Caston will represent residents inside DC Jail. Congrats, Joel!
