7 weeks in with a new kitchen, plan was two weeks. No usable cupboards, boxes everywhere, rubble and sledgehammer have become part of the decor. 5 weeks to get an oven, fridge, sink and washing machine. No call from the installation manager. Great with two young kids 👍 WICKES

Unsafe wiring, plug sockets disconnected, plastering uneven, worktops jagged, wonky cupboards, boiler cupboard awful, tiling incomplete, extractor fan not usable, chips in doors coloured in with biro…all handiwork of WICKES fitters and their subcontractors. #proudasapeacock

2 years to fit a kitchen and still being let down by our 4th fitter!!!! WICKES I have a long list of errors, dangerous work and shoddy workmanship and we are still not a priority!!!! Blows my mind!

I will never again go to WICKES for a kitchen! 2 years later and it still isn’t finished! 4 fitters, 2 rip outs and still left with shoddy workmanship! Let’s hope our experience helps others decide who to trust!
