I’m both lucky and have bad luck I guess. There was a drive by shooting across the street from where I was working in a classroom near downtown this morning. We were evacuated and are ok, but still pretty scary. 2nd time in less than a week.

Brief moment of venting: being interrupted with a totally different topic when I’m talking about something else is one of my biggest pet peeves. It shows me that you don’t value my contribution. It’s been happening a lot today and I’m really frustrated and discouraged by it.

That moment when you are so sleep deprived that you show up to work an hour early and don’t even realize it until an hour later when a a student I thought was a no show, shows up for her lesson. 🙃🥴

I have legitimately experienced so much stress, frustration and anger over the past few weeks that I’ve developed the habit of pulling my hair out and an actual eye twitch. I thought people always exaggerated those sorts of things. I was wrong. Very wrong.

Congratulations to Clovis North Marching Band! It was so awesome to see and hear young Fresno/Clovis musicians represented in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade! 🎶🦃🎶

Just applied for my passport! The process was so frustrating through and I had to go in 5 separate times because they would tell me one tiny thing at a time that needed to be fixed each time, much of it was not mentioned on their website 🙄
