A 2nd arrest has been made in the shooting death of HCSOTexas Deputy Fernando Esqueda. Dremone Francis (9-26-97) has been arrested and charged with Capital Murder. Francis has been booked in the Harris County Jail. #HouNews

Had an opportunity to meet with HCSOTexas Reserve Basic Peace Officer Cadets this evening. These dedicated individuals are training to become peace officers in their spare time. They receive the same training and meet the exact standards as full time cadets. 🫡
