2. Card Payments on Payment/Product Links are now back up to users in Kenya, you can get paid for a service, pay for gift cards and utilities with your balance freely!

3. We've hired more customer support agents who'll be able to respond to your queries or help you out on the live chat right away. Please refrain from contacting us over Twitter or Instagram DM for the time being, as responses on these channels could take longer.

4. If you previously reached out and didn't get a response kindly try on the app now. We apologise for any support delays; due to the daily influx of hundreds of support tickets, we take our time to provide thorough assistance to each and every one of you.

5. If you have any pending payouts, while contacting us, kindly include all of the Transaction IDs as text so that we can assist you much more quickly and effectively.

6. If your account was flagged due to an action you performed kindly provide the time it was flagged & what action you were performing to get faster assistance.
