Interesting case with Andres Enriquez and Victor M. Neira Vidal, MD, DRCPSC, FACC. Elimination of parahisian atrial tachycardia from the non-coronary cusp. Anatomy is king. #EPeeps

Andres Enriquez Jorge E. Romero, MD, FACC, FHRS Mouhannad Sadek Matthew Hanson Victor M. Neira Vidal, MD, DRCPSC, FACC Congrats Andrés!. My current workflow is to try ZeroFluoro in all VT cases (guided by ICE and EAM) that dont need epicardial access or present anatomic obstacles (Mitraclips, aortic or mitral mechanic valves, Amplatzers, etc).
Nice mitral flutter with some very interesting signals along the anterior wall. Ablation along this isthmus terminated the tachycardia. Great case! Victor M. Neira Vidal, MD, DRCPSC, FACC Cengiz Burak MD Matthew Hanson Eduardo Sanhueza #EnsiteX #AbbottProud
AT originating from LA septum. Low amplitude, fractionated EGMs on HD Grid at the site of termination. Awesome case! Victor M. Neira Vidal, MD, DRCPSC, FACC Cengiz Burak MD Matthew Hanson Eduardo Sanhueza

Atypical Flutter during a Persistent AF case. Tachycardia terminated with the first lesion in a narrow area of slow conduction near the base of the appendage/ridge area! Great Case! Victor M. Neira Vidal, MD, DRCPSC, FACC Cengiz Burak MD Matthew Hanson Eduardo Sanhueza #EnsiteX
