Delighted to have finally published my first paper with Agriculture MDPI looking at the factors that influenced the white clover content decline of the swards in Clonakilty Agricultural College from 2014-2017 ☘️ #WhiteClover mdpi.com/2077-0472/12/4…
We need to communicate better. Of 586 farmers who we surveyed, 80% felt they "used the right amount of antibiotics"(Journal of Dairy Science | JDS Communications Hoe & Ruegg 89:2297). In contrast, of 1,000 consumers (Wemette, JDS104:2807), 70% perceived threat to their own health from AB in milk.
In partnership with the Dairy Coops, Teagasc and Dept of Agriculture, Food and the Marine we are going on the road starting next week to bring you information on supports & details about how to successfully dry off cows this autumn in light of the new changes to legislation. bit.ly/3y066an
