We need to communicate better. Of 586 farmers who we surveyed, 80% felt they "used the right amount of antibiotics"(Journal of Dairy Science | JDS Communications Hoe & Ruegg 89:2297). In contrast, of 1,000 consumers (Wemette, JDS104:2807), 70% perceived threat to their own health from AB in milk.

The family of Sean Farrelly have made an appeal after he went missing on Friday night/Saturday morning. Sean was last seen near the Palace night club in Navan and has been missing since 2.30am that night.  Sean was wearing jeans, white runners and a maroon jumper.

The weather today was unreal. Biblical. I had to spend hours moving things to find indoor space for every lamb that’s already been born. Fair to say though that they’re pretty happy about it.
