Life's precious. But sadly most of our daily tasks are structured around objectives, not worthy our time or energy and only this realization can make it quite hard to put in "the effort" in everyday work, so you basically suck. And yes that includes making practical notebooks. x

Not living upto your potential is sad. But what's even more suffocating is living in a society that has habitualized itself to underestimate the value of life. The way most of us are okay with not extracting the pulp. I wonder how life works, but it always makes me sad.

The coolest thing would be to live out ones bonds. To appreciate, enjoy and feel every living moment you have with your loved ones. To let everything happen to a point of fulfillment. So when the time comes, we may never be sad about stuff that never happened.

Perhaps being overly engaged is not always "not living in the moment." Sometimes, to live is to keep pace with life. To not zoom out, to not overthink, to not worry, but to jump right into it. Isn't it the way we're able to make memories & be mindful of those moments? Idk. x
