Chief Cutler is proud to announce that Sgt. Custer, Cpl. Ervin and Ptlm. Donnelly received a unit citation from Virtua EMS for the roll they played in assisting emergency medical personnel during a cardiac event which led to the survival of the patient. Great job!!!

Chief Cutler, Lt. Camiscioli & Lt. Holloway had the honor today to speak to Mrs. Adams and Ms. Hsieh’s classes today at the Central Elementry School. The Department was invited to speak and receive handmade “thank you” cards from the children for keeping the community safe!!!!

Happy Birthday Officer Blue!!!! Today is Blue's first birthday. He was able to take a break from training and pose for a birthday pic!!! He will graduate from training next week and we look forward to having him "slobbering" around the station again!!!!

The police department couldn’t be prouder of Cpl.Sorg and K9 Blue for completing an intensive 10 week Bloodhound Academy. Sorg & Blue graduated at the top of the class by successfully making over 150 “tracks” with the longest one over 3 miles!!

Chief Cutler and the entire department extends our sincere condolences to the Jersey City Police Department, friends, family and especially the wife & five children of Jersey City Detective Joseph Seals who was killed in the line of duty protecting innocent civilians.
