What if we structured primary education around fostering curiosity and growth mindset & secondary around problem-solving as opposed to "subjects" - would it be a better way? Would it engage students more?

I propose adding 1 month to a Ts schedule AND PAYING THEM EXTRA FOR IT to post-mortem the year/develop and polish curriculum/materials for the next.

I’d really like to study how physical/virtual learning environment and culture are interrelated, how desired school culture should be defined and staff chosen before building/environment designed - one should inform the other.
