Dear Colleagues, We would like to introduce and invite you to participate in the Farm Animal Genotype-Tissue Expression (FarmGTEx) Consortium, a collaborative endeavourto provide a comprehensive atlas of tissue-specific gene expression and genetic regulation in livestock.

By uniformly analysing publicly-available sequence data (biorxiv.org/content/10.110…), we are finishing the pilot phase of FarmGTEx consortium in five major farm animal species (cattle, pigs, chicken, sheep and goats).

We plan to start the next phase of FarmGTEx consortium (Phase 1) in the fall of 2021, and you are invited to join us in this phase. We aim to organize the first FarmGTEx workshop on 6-7th May 2021, and we would be most grateful if you can complete a short survey below for it.
