One of my favorite things as a coach is attention to detail. When these girls hear it, see it, & start to live it- my coach 🩷 is too happy not to post it! Shout out to Nebraska Gold ‘10s and Nebraska Gold 08-Waller for this beautiful sight 😍

Your bench is the ultimate culture check. How you act on the bench reveals whether you’re more interested in personal success or team success. You can’t always be in the game, but you can always be engaged and be a great teammate. 📸 NCAA March Madness

It’s just a Nebraska thing 🤷‍♀️ Ruby Meylan, Maddia Groff and Jordy Bahl are all top-15 nationally in strikeouts. #nebpreps

What does a good team culture look like? - Trust among teammates. - Accepted roles by all. - Positive Energy. What it doesn’t look like?: - Selfish motives and distrust. - Unknown role definition. - Negative energy. Culture is built every day. Start now.

“Coach Doesn’t Like Me.” It’s a common phrase. And a dangerous one. It’s easy to say when things aren’t going your way. But let’s be honest, it’s usually deflection. Here are 5 things coaches actually don’t like: 1. Poor Body Language: Eye rolls, slumped shoulders,

Consistency feels repetitive, until it makes you unstoppable. Commitment feels mundane, until it makes you unshakable. Discipline feels dull, until it makes you undeniable. Greatness is boring. Be brilliant in the basics.

So sick of “D1 or Bust” mentality. And for what? So your parents can tell people at a dinner party? 6-7% of HS athletes even GET the opportunity to play in college IF you even get the chance to play at the next level...GO where you can play four more years. THATS what matters.

When you’re picking a college, go where you are wanted and where you will play. Don’t worry about the social media post, that only lasts a few days, your college choice will last a lifetime!
