This tax season I was determined to set client deadlines and enforce them. Glad I did as I was able to take a trip to my old stomping grounds to Arizona to on this tax extension weekend. All returns were finished a week ago. Deadlines being set next year for a Germany trip.

As tax season kicks off, several changes are made to help this season become more successful. No clients have complained about paying a 50% deposit up front (thanks to Ignition to manage this), a solid workflow management system in place (ClickUp), and hardcore capacity

Tax season finished a couple weeks ago and it was the smoothest ever. First time requiring 50% deposits upfront with Ignition (no client complaints) and a bigger team requires us to change process and workflow system. Excited to get Financial Cents up and running.
